Balanced Mom Life Coaching is my highest level of 1:1 coaching in fitness and nutrition with open enrollment but limited spots available! In 16 week, you will tackle the time crunch in the gym, master macro tracking and learn injury prevmention strategies to achieve a happy balance of weight training and nutrition even with a busy schedule!
Weekly 30 minute zoom calls (form checks/preventing injury, check in forms, go over check in, as needed per client)
Weekly check-ins due every Friday via email + response via email by next day.
Messaging board on KW Health app Monday through Friday.
A variety of training pertaining to your goals will be sent to you every 2 weeks on KW Health app
A variety of nutrition, mindsets and workout resources (high protein snack ebook guide, stretching guide, holiday snack guide, how to prep for holiday parties, and more!)
Access to a customizable suggested meal plan based on macros/calories set for you with recipes and shopping lists. . * *if opt in for this, charged separately
